To enhance emotional, social, and personal adjustments, Vanessa specializes in individual psychotherapy and psychological assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. She welcomes clients facing grief, bereavement, suicide bereavement, and developmental trauma, among other concerns, tailoring her approach to meet each individual’s needs.​​

Vanessa integrates evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion into her practice. Her clinical experiences include private therapy centres and governmental hospitals (Hospital USM, Kelantan; Hospital Permai, Johor). She has also worked with the refugee community, providing psychosocial interventions and outreach training, and has conducted a mindfulness webinar for families and an emotion regulation workshop for parents.​

Vanessa holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Science Malaysia and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University. Her accolades include the Best Student Award in the Master of Psychology (Clinical) program and presentations at numerous conferences. She is proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

As a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), Vanessa incorporates holistic practices into her work, enriching the therapeutic journey.
