With eight years of dedicated experience in special needs education, Sharmila is a highly skilled professional specializing in managing and supporting children with autism, global developmental delay, speech delay, and other learning support needs. Her extensive background includes practical training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, delivered by an in-house BCBA at Malaysia's leading autism provider. This specialized training equips Sharmila with a profound understanding of effective strategies for supporting diverse educational needs.

 

Sharmila's expertise extends beyond direct support to include comprehensive school shadowing services. This ensures that children receive consistent and personalized assistance throughout their school day, promoting successful integration into mainstream educational environments. Her ability to develop and implement individualized educational plans reflects her commitment to addressing each child's unique needs with precision and care.
